Our founder, Tom Weston, spent years working alongside hotels, spas, and wellness brands that delivered unforgettable experiences—but behind the curtain, staff were juggling apps, radios, paper logs, and WhatsApp messages in a blur of noise and stress.
There had to be a better way.
